Seoul Viosys, which is the world class UV LED solution company and also is an associate company of Seoul Semiconductor (a LED manufacturer, www.seoulsemicon.com), disclosed on Mar. 22 that they filed a lawsuit with the Federal Court of State of Florida, USA, against Salon Supply Store, (http://salonsupplystore.com), which is the manufacturer of the UV-applied products, last week on the ground that Salon Supply Store has infringed their patents.

The patents of UV LED, which Seoul Viosys claims to have been infringed by Salon Supply Store (hereinafter referred to as “Salon”), consist of a wide-range of patents that are related to the UV LED manufacturing processes and applied fields, such as EPI that generates ultraviolet, FAB technology, and packaging technology of the components, as well as the curing (hardening) technology.
